Florida 2014 - Saturday

We told them there were alligators in the lake and that's why they couldn't swim.  Well then she wouldn't take her eyes off the water. 

It took some convincing but I finally managed to get her to turn around.

Florida 2014 - Friday

We decided to take the kids to Florida for March Break.  Rather, I was going to take them.  Somehow I convinced Mom to come with us.  We had no idea what the border would be like so we left London before lunch.  Our flight was leaving Detroit at 8:15pm, way past the kids bedtime.  However, they did fantastic.  No issues on the flight and they both fell asleep before landing.

Family Christmas Photos

We decided last minute to try and get a photographer to shoot some Christmas photos for the family.  It was a bit rushed and a major headache trying to find coordinating clothes, but we pulled it off and the results are fantastic.  Even with Zach's full efforts NOT to smile!

Halloween 2013

Alyssa desperately wanted to be Doc Mcstuffins for Halloween this year. Zach didn't know so we came up with Cat in the Hat. He loved that idea! With Doc comes Lambie, who gives lots of cuddles. Daddy decided to dress up as Lambie. He was likely the warmest of us all as it was yet another dreary Halloween night. He was the only parent dressed up on the block and Alyssa LOVED it!!

Halloween pumpkins

Yay for uncle! He willingly cut not one, but two pumpkins with the kids this Halloween. As he's carving and getting all the guts out, Alyssa says, "don't worry, your just a pumpkin!"
